Only essential ingredients, no filler

At $24.95 for an autobiography you might expect thousands of pages filled with autobiographic data. Not so with the story of Erica Chung's life. You can speed read the facts of her life before 2016 and learn all the essential factors that culminated in the 3LAB story. Erica's mentors include her mother and father, her husband and son, and Korean "Seon" or "Zen" Buddhism wisdom. You also get a plethora of photographic snapshots of her life along the path to 3LAB.
