Return & Exchange
At 3LAB.COM, we value your time, and we are confident we offer our customers nothing but top quality products and services. However, once you make your purchase, if you are in anyway dissatisfied with your order once it is received, returning it is easy for either an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price.
All return or exchange inquries must be made within 15days of receiving the package and the item you want to return should be unopened and unused in new condition with original packaging. We do not refund or exchange on any item that has been used and opened.
Returning/Exchanging an item
- Reply to your order confirmation email with the reason why you want to return/exchange, or visit our Contact Us page, fill out the form with your order number and the reason to submit your email.
- 3LAB.com will review your email and send you a confirmation email. 3LAB.COM will attach a UPS return label to the confirmation email or refund shipping cost for exchanges only if 1) your exchange contains defective merchandise or merchandise that was damaged during the shipping process, or 2) due to shipping and/or handling error(s) on behalf of 3LAB.com.
- Please note: 3LAB.COM cannot accept any merchandise that is damaged in shipment due to improper packing, so please re-package all items properly. We strongly recommend that you ship your item(s) via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service’s In case of returns most credits are posted within two business days of the time that your returned merchandise is received by 3LAB.COM. In case of exchanges 3LAB.COM will ship new merchandise within 2 business days as long as the new merchandise is in-stock.
