Return and Exchange Policy:

At 3LAB.COM, we value your time, and we are confident we offer our customers nothing but top quality products and services. However, once you make your purchase, if you are in anyway dissatisfied with your order once it is received, exchanging or returning it is easy for a full refund of the purchase price.

All return and exchange inquiries must be made within 15 days of receiving the package

Returning/Exchanges

To return or exchange an item, click on "Returns and Exchanges" under "Account", choose the order for which you would like to make a return/exchange. Then select the item to return/exchange and provide a reason. Confirm this information and download your pre-completed return/exchange form. Mail the product in its original package with the form to the address indicated. You also can complete the form by printing and filling it out by hand.

3LAB.COM will attach a UPS return label to the confirmation email or refund shipping cost for exchanges only if 1) your exchange contains defective merchandise or merchandise that was damaged during the shipping process, or 2) due to shipping and/or handling error(s) on the behalf of 3LAB.COM.

Please note: 3LAB.COM cannot accept any merchandise that is damaged in shipment due to improper packing, so please re-package all items properly. We strongly recommend that you ship your item(s) via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service's insured services so your shipment may be tracked, if necessary, to its final destination.

In the case of returns most credits are posted within two business days of the time that your returned merchandise is received by 3LAB.COM. In the case of exchanges 3LAB.COM will ship new merchandise within 2 business days as long as the new merchandise is in-stock.
