Return & Exchange
At 3LAB.COM, we value your time, and we are confident we offer our customers nothing but top quality products and services. However, once you make your purchase, if you are in anyway dissatisfied with your order once it is received, exchanging or returning it is easy for a full refund of the purchase price.
All return and exchange inquiries must be made within 15 days of receiving the package with the exception of Super Ampoules. Due to the nature of this product and formulation, this product is not eligible for returns or exchanges
To return or exchange an item, please email email@example.com providing your order number and reason for a return/exchange. You will then receive a prepaid shipping label from 3LAB.COM via a confirmation email. Simply print the label and affix it to the return package. Return your unopened and/or gently used items with your order number to 3LAB.COM's Customer Service & Fulfillment Center:

3LAB.COM cannot accept any returned merchandise that is damaged in shipment due to improper packing, so please re-package all items properly. If you do not use 3LAB.com’s prepaid shipping label, and elect to use your own shipping method, we strongly recommend that you ship your item(s) via UPS, FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service's insured services so your shipment may be tracked, if necessary, to its final destination.
Gift with Purchase - If you received a gift with purchase, the gift must be returned as well in order for your refund to be processed.
Please note that we cannot accept partial returns or exchanges for bundle and/or sets. You must return the complete set for a refund.
In the case of returns most credits are posted within two to five business days of the time that your returned merchandise is received and inspected by 3LAB.COM’s Customer Service & Fulfillment Center. Please note that we cannot accept empty jars, nearly empty jars, or jars filled with tampered with or other creams for refund or exchange. 3LAB.COM reserves the right to monitor return activity on accounts for fraud/abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at 3LAB.COM in all instances.

We will acknowledge any email requests within 1 business day. Your request may require research; therefore, we ask that you please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your inquiry completely.
We currently do not offer exchanges at 3LAB.COM except in the case where an item was damaged in shipment/transit, or if an error was made on 3LAB.COM's part during fulfillment. If your items were damaged during shipment/transit, or you experienced a fulfillment error, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and email contactus@3LAB.com for assistance. Be sure to provide your order number. If you are seeking an exchange, please follow the return instructions above and place a new order for the product you want.
3LAB will only exchange or refund items purchased on 3LAB.COM
Please note that 3LAB.COM reserves the right to not ship to any warehouse or freight forwarding companies.
