Return and Exchange Policy:
At 3LAB.COM, we value your time, and we are confident we offer our customers nothing but top quality products and services. However, once you make your purchase, if you are in anyway dissatisfied with your order once it is received, exchanging or returning it is easy for a full refund of the purchase price.
All return and exchange inquiries must be made within 15 days of receiving the package
To return or exchange an item, please email email@example.com providing your order number and reason for a return/exchange. 3LAB.COM will attach a FedEx return label to the confirmation email. 3LAB will only refund shipping costs for exchanges if 1) your exchange contains defective merchandise or merchandise that was damaged during the shipping process, or 2) due to shipping and/or handling error(s) on the behalf of 3LAB.COM.

Please note: 3LAB.COM cannot accept any merchandise that is damaged in shipment due to improper packing, so please re-package all items properly. We strongly recommend that you ship your item(s) via FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service's insured services so your shipment may be tracked, if necessary, to its final destination.
In the case of returns most credits are posted within two business days of the time that your returned merchandise is received by 3LAB.COM. In the case of exchanges 3LAB.COM will ship new merchandise within 2 business days as long as the new merchandise is in-stock.

We will acknowledge any email requests within 1 business day. Your request may require research; therefore, we ask that you please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your inquiry completely.
