We stand behind every 3LAB product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from 3LAB.COM, we make returns simple and straightforward.
Return Policy
Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your package. Items should be in new condition or show minimal signs of use to qualify. All returns are issued as a full refund of the purchase price.
How to Return
Email contactus@3lab.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a complimentary prepaid shipping label via email. Print the label, repackage your items securely, and ship to:

If you prefer to use your own shipping method, we recommend UPS, FedEx, or USPS insured services so your return can be tracked to its destination. Please note that 3LAB cannot accept merchandise damaged in transit due to improper packing.
Refund Timeline
Most refunds are posted within 2–5 business days after your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment center.
Please Note
Gift with Purchase: If your order included a complimentary gift, the gift must be returned along with your purchase for the refund to be processed.
Bundles & Sets: Partial returns of bundles or sets are not accepted. The complete set must be returned for a refund.
Product Condition: Items must contain their original product. We are unable to accept empty containers or products that have been altered.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are available only for items damaged during shipping or fulfillment errors. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please retain the original box, packaging, and all contents, then email contactus@3lab.com with your order number for immediate assistance.
For all other exchanges, simply follow the return steps above and place a new order for your preferred product.
Additional Information
Returns and refunds are only available for purchases made directly on 3LAB.COM. For items purchased from an authorized retailer, please contact the retailer directly.
3LAB.COM does not ship to warehouse or freight forwarding addresses. We reserve the right to review return activity and adjust return eligibility at our discretion.
