Are 3LAB products safe to use during pregnancy?
Yes. 3LAB products are safe to use because they do not penetrate into the blood system. You should consult your physician or other health care professional if you have any further concerns.
Why was my order canceled?

Does 3LAB test its products on animals?
No, we are cruelty-free company. Since its inception in 2003, 3LAB has never tested its products on animals.
How long is 3LAB product good for?

What is the expiration for a batch code I have?

What is the difference between the light, medium and dark shades of the Aqua and Perfect BB creams?
BB Cream shade 1 and 2 provide more coverage than shade 3. Shade 1 is for someone with fair skin. It also has some light yellow tones to it.
While shade 2 is for someone who is looking for a little bit more coverage without any yellow tones in the cream. Shades 1 and 2 do not have as warm of a hue as shade 3.
BB shade 3 is a warmer shade than the other two with regards to color. It offers sheer coverage so it goes on lighter than shades 1 and 2.
Which product(s) are good for Rosacea?
3LAB works well for people who have Rosacea as we do not use alcohols, added fragrance, artificial coloring or mineral oils. The Perfect Cream is ideal for people who have Rosacea.
I have multiple codes I'd like to use, are they stackable?
Unfortunately, our system does not allow for multiple codes to be used at once. If you are trying to use reward points along with any other discount codes offering, the order will only process only 1 code.
I signed up for 3LAB's newsletter but I never received the discount code in my email.

Does 3LAB ship to freight forwarders?
Per 3LAB's terms and conditions, it does not ship to any address listed as a freight forwarder. It reserves the right to cancel any order that is deemed a freight forwarder.
Does 3LAB ship internationally?
At this time 3LAB.com does not currently ship internationally. However, we do have distributor and retail partners throughout Europe and Asia.

If I purchase a 3LAB product at a retailer, can I return to 3LAB.com?
3LAB's agreement with its authorized retail partners is that the customer must return product to the same company he/she purchased it from. 3LAB.com can only accept returns from customers who purchased from the website.
We recommend bringing back the product to where you purchased it to return or exchange it.
What is your Gift with Purchase policy?
Our Gift (GWP) is limited to 1 per household per month or while supplies last. Please note that our app may count the GWP more than once within a given promotional period and our support team may reach out to you to correct this known issue.
If I purchase 3LAB from a 3rd party site (e.g. eBay, etc.) can I return to 3LAB.com?
eBay is not an authorized seller of 3LAB. We can only accept returns from customers who purchased from www.3LAB.com.
In addition, we strongly recommend not purchasing 3LAB from sites like eBay as they are not an authorized seller which means they could be selling expired or used product.

Why don't you ship to freight forwarders, they are in the US.
We currently do not ship to freight forwards, couriers, or messenger entities that service outside of our US market. Ultimately 3LAB reserves the right to cancel any orders as they seem fit.

What should I do if I think my package was lost/stolen or mis-delivered?
If the shipping carrier has marked your order as delivered, but you find that it is missing, please send an email to contactus@3LAB.com with your order number. Please note we must receive this inquiry from you within 14 days of the carrier having marked your order as delivered in order to assist you. When we receive you inquiry regarding the missing order, and it falls within the acceptable timeframe as stated above, we will follow-up with the carrier to investigate. We cannot replace orders until they are confirmed missing by the carrier after investigation.
What is double cleansing and how often should I do it?
We recommend double cleansing, twice a day. This means using the Perfect Cleansing Emulsion to massage your face and tissue off. Wash your face with the Perfect Cleansing Gel using water. If you have a cleansing brush or cloth, that will help to clean your skin the perfect way.
Our recommendation is to double cleanse for at least 4 weeks (consecutively) to help unclog the pores and get rid of the dead skin cells. Typically, it takes about 28 days to notice results when using new products.

Why was my gift with purchase removed from my order?
Please note that purchase of the 3LAB Gift Card does not qualify for a gift with purchase. Gift with purchase is honored when the 3LAB Gift Card is either added to product orders meeting the minimum requirements or if the 3LAB Gift Card is redeemed for product purchases that meet the minimum requirements.
